Tianwei¡¯s quality management is strictly under control according to ISO9001:2000 certification. In order to promote the product quality, we are introducing ¡°No defects and 6 Sigma¡± of quality management into implementing.
Tianwei assures the pass rate of its product quality at 99.8% for parts, 99.9% for assembly, 99.9% for test and 99.9% for finished products.
In order to assure the after-sales service quality, Tianwei have created the archive system for products. We set up the files for every Pile driver and correspond to a specific production code, in which records many product-details such as Drawing No., Producer No., Quality Status, and so on. All aim to meet the customer¡¯s after-sale service requirements concerning with producing process. |
